Well I ordered a blue xenon but what i got was not even close. Yes its bright, true to 80 watts but its whitish-yellow in color. The packaging box itself was so cheap and odd. Yes, when you look at it, its blue colored glass headlight bulb but it doesnt give a light close to blue!!

I ordered these for my 2006 cobalt this is the second set of “cool blues” I have bought and once again they were not “cool blue” they are white…with no blueness what so ever..I recieved them upon ordering in a fast and timely manner but however I was very very disappointed to find out that yet again I was stuck with no blue in the headlights and that they were white if you want whiter headlights then these are for you but if your wanting the actual “blue” look then I definately dont recommend them

I’m actually disappointed with this. I read the 2 reviews accompanied by this product. One user said that it doesn’t have a hint of blue in the light which i have no problem with and the other said it did better than his halogen. So i gave it a try because it has XENON gas and additionally it has KRYPTON gas. XENON gas is what really i’m after because i’ve read that its much brighter than HALOGEN. I just received the package earlier and installed it 1 hr ago during this evening. Ive taken a snap shot of the brightness of both low and high beam of the original bulbs from the drivers seat then another set AFTER i installed these bulbs. After comparing both sets of pictures, to my shock i didn’t find any difference between my original bulb which is a Sylvania halogen and these xenon bulbs. The only slight difference is the side brightness of the high beam of this xenon bulb which is a little brighter than my original but other than that THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE! Btw, even though i don’t care for the blue tint the other user who said the color of the light didn’t show a hint of blue was right. There is no blue color emitting from the bulb even though there’s a blue tint on the bulb itself. I don’t recommend buying this product since it failed to show a notable improvement.

This product was even packaged greatly! It was a very simple install process, with only a few minor issues one faces when custom mounting anything not designed to be OEM. I found the spots needed to mount the ballasts and the rest fell into place. Instructions and questions/troubleshooting sheet were excellent. Nothing looks or feels cheap or skimped on. Now after about 10 days of use, satisfaction continues.
